Plumb-Line has passed a rigorous assessment process and we’re now officially a Which? Trusted Trader, along with all of our other accreditations. This scheme only endorses reputable traders who meet its high demands.

The assessment process includes:
• Credit checking to validate the financial health and stability of the business
• Customer references chosen at random across a wide range of customers
• A thorough examination of business and administrative procedures
• Face to face interviews
• Agreement to abide by the Which? Trusted Traders Code of Conduct

These are some of the things that you can expect from us:
• We only take on work that we are competent to do
• We provide you with a clear breakdown of how much the job will cost before you make any commitment
• We discuss all of the options with you to ensure that our solution meets your needs
• We endeavour to stick to the timeline and costs that have been agreed
• We provide you with an updated quote should you require any changes to the initial agreement

If things go wrong, we have a documented complaints procedure and we always aim to deal with complaints swiftly and effectively. For extra peace of mind Which? also offers the benefit of an Ombudsman Service, which provides independent dispute resolution to all Which? Trusted Trader customers.
