Get a government heating grant to replace your old inefficient gas boiler or electric heaters with a new energy efficient boiler or Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP).
You could receive a government heating grant for these heating measures if you have a household income of less than £31,000 per year, or someone in your household receives one of these benefits:
Free Gas Boiler
If you have an old gas boiler (pre-2005) it’s likely to be a standard efficiency non-condensing gas boiler. We can replace it with a brand new high efficiency condensing gas boiler, which will heat your home more effectively and more efficiently.
Free Central Heating
If your property has a mains gas supply but you don’t have a gas boiler or a central heating system, and have never had one, you could qualify for a free complete central heating system in your home.
Free Air Source Heat Pump
If you don’t have mains gas and you heat your home using electric room heaters, then you could qualify for a brand new air source heat pump heating system. This also includes all the radiators, pipework and heating controls, completely free of charge.
Free Insulation
Along with your new heating system, we can also increase the insulation in your home to reduce your heating costs. This includes free loft insulation and free cavity wall insulation.
Plumb-Line is certified to install all heating measures funded by the government heating grants. Only companies with PAS2030, TrustMark and MCS accreditations are able to complete these installations.

These government heating grants are available under the Connected for Warmth and First Time Central Heating Schemes, which are part of ECO4. The Energy Company Obligations to reduce fuel bills.
They are available to homeowners and people who live in privately-rented properties. If you do rent your property, then you’ll need the landlord’s consent.
There is nothing to pay by the householder, not even a deposit, and we process the application on your behalf.
