Our office team can liaise directly with the tenants when scheduling the work to ensure access is available and disruption is minimised. Our engineers are thorough and efficient. In the case of boiler replacements, they make good any old flue openings with materials matching the original as closely as possible/practical. They carry their own vacuum cleaners and dust sheet, leaving the property clean and tidy at the end of the day.
