Plumb-Line installed a replacement oil combi-boiler at my home. The service they provided throughout was impeccable – all personnel from first contact to final installation could not have been more professional and helpful. The price quoted was accurate and competitive and the various options available to me were discussed fully enabling me to make an informed decision as to boiler type and make. The fitters arrived promptly as scheduled and the work was completed on time and to to a high standard. It has been a pleasure to do business with this superb company & I would have no hesitation in recommending Adrian & his team to others.
When we first looked into getting the [oil] boiler replaced, we kept hitting a brick wall, with the six firms we contacted either did not reply or said they would send someone to quote and did not, or if we could get someone to come and quote, a quote was not forthcoming.
We then contacted our oil provider, who recommended you guys. You were the total antithesis of the other firms: quick, efficient and professional. Thank you.
Great caring workers. I have my gas central heating changed over to air source heating, their quality of work is so neat and perfect… I have two disabled daughters with mental health problems as well, and they put my daughters first, they worked everything around my daughter and put them at ease. I will always use Plumb-Line from now on.
