Step 1: Checking If You’re Eligible for a Heating Grant

Before anything else, we check to see if you qualify for the ECO4 government scheme. This could mean a free boiler upgrade or even a free air source heat pump, depending on your circumstances.

You may be eligible if:

You live in Northampton or the surrounding areas (like Wellingborough, Kettering, or the NN3 postcode)

Your current boiler is inefficient or over 10 years old

You receive qualifying benefits like Pension Credit, Universal Credit, or Child Tax Credit

Your home has a low Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating

Step 2: The Free Home Survey

Once eligibility is confirmed, we’ll arrange a free home survey. One of our friendly engineers will visit your property to:

Step 3: Booking the Installation
